Afghanistan Open University is proud to announce that on February 5, 2026, it officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Pebble Hill University (PHU).
The purpose of this academic partnership is to expand academic relations, exchange scholarly experiences, enhance educational capacities, and create joint research opportunities.
