The official signing ceremony of a strategic cooperation agreement between Afghanistan Open University (AOU) and the Afghanistan Studies & Cooperation Center e.V. was held in Bonn, Germany, with the aim of creating sustainable educational pathways, expanding higher education opportunities, improving academic quality, and strengthening scientific, educational, and research collaboration. 🎉
